The available dimensions of insulated panel are thickness in 25mm~150mm, 13500mm in maximum length. It is featured by insulation, environmental protection, energy saving, high intensity, no thermal bridge, light weight (reduces 40% self-weight than the metallic products), high gloss surface, no need painting, optional color, long service life, anti aging, anti changeful weather. The insulation performance reaches international Grade A. We adopt the free-Freon molding PU of German PUREN as the insulated sandwich core material. The inside and outside FRP sheets adopt the high polymer compound material, which is molded one-off in the pressure machine.We now have 2 sets of pressure machines for molding panels. The annual throughput of insulated panel is 1000 sets. The insulated panel meets Europe ATP Standard, and we also use this material to manufacture some types of cabin/shelter equipment for Army, Emergency Mobile Telecommunication Truck for China Mobile and China Unicom, Air Catering Truck for CAAC.
